Halo Board shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal harm or injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use of this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, fires, or any other losses, or claims from any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall Halo Board be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Halo Board is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Original packaging and padding is required to ensure safe shipment back to us. Once your return is received, a credit for the full purchase price will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. The Halo Board Beast includes a 12 Month Worry-Free Guarantee.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of some incidental or consequential damages or set limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions might not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which are varied from state to state.

Electric2Fun offers its products and with the term limits, exclusion, and state law rights as follows. The following stipulations shall apply to all sales and uses. These stipulations include the terms and conditions, warranties, and disclaimer of liabilities. The act of keeping, using, or allowing the use Electric2Fun products indicates your agreement to these terms.
You must present a copy of the sales receipt from an approved official store within 180 days of purchase or send in your order number provided by Electric2Fun for reference. The limited 180 Day Warranty only covers parts or issues due to manufacturer defects. Contact us at info@electric2fun.com for more details.
If you discover what you believe is a defect for your Product, please contact us at contact@electric2fun.com. Our technical support personnel will assist you in diagnosing and fixing any problems you may encounter in the use of your Product.
In the event we cannot help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to warranty service under this Limited Warranty.
In order to submit your Product for warranty service pursuant to this Limited Warranty, you will be asked to provide us with (i) the proof of purchase from an approved official store; and (ii) Order Number from electric2fun.com.
Upon verification of your eligibility, you will need to provide your name, email address, mailing address and contact telephone number in order to receive a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number. ELECTRIC2FUN must receive your defective Product within 30 days from ELECTRIC2FUN ’s issuance of an RMA to you. ELECTRIC2FUN may direct you to a designated third party for warranty repairs.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product to ELECTRIC2FUN, and you assume the risk of loss in the event your Product is lost or damaged during shipment from you to ELECTRIC2FUN.
You must include your defective Product within the original packaging or ELECTRIC2FUN approved packaging, which will be provided at a cost, for the shipment of the Product to ELECTRIC2FUN. ELECTRIC2FUN will not be responsible for any damages caused by your improper packaging or shipment of the Product to ELECTRIC2FUN.
An authorized service provider will conduct an inspection of your Product. If ELECTRIC2FUN determines that the problem is not covered under the Limited Warranty, ELECTRIC2FUN will notify you and inform you of service or replacement alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis, or ELECTRIC2FUN will return your Product to you unrepaired, and in such instance, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product from ELECTRIC2FUN to you.
For eligible warranty claims, ELECTRIC2FUN will service defective product with new or reconditioned parts of same or similar style at no cost to you for the service.
Parts replaced by ELECTRIC2FUN will be retained by, and become the property of ELECTRIC2FUN. For eligible warranty claims, ELECTRIC2FUN will pay reasonable return shipping charges for the return of the product to you.
This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service, and you may have additional protections under your local laws. This Limited Warranty does not cover and excludes damage to your Product:
- Caused by any repair that was unauthorized by ELECTRIC2FUN
- Caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or commercial use
- Caused by improper charging, storage, or operation, including, without limitation, use contrary to the users’ materials, use exceeding specified height, weight and age limits, use on stairs, walls and curbs, or any extreme sport or exhibition use
- Caused by accident, collision, riding over obstacles, racing, fire, water submersion, high pressure water spray, freezing, earthquake, dropping, severe oxidation, or chemical solvent corrosion
- Caused from improper packaging or mishandling during shipping to the warranty-service provider
- Caused by the use of the Product with, or any modification to the Product using, any third party product, component or accessory that is not sold by ELECTRIC2FUN
- That does not arise from ELECTRIC2FUN’s product-design, technology, manufacturing or quality
- This Limited 180 Day Warranty does not cover minor surface blemishes, rips, tears, or other cosmetic damage due to normal use, or other intentional or unintentional damage to the product
